Project Products coming in 2016

  • Project Schedule Conformance Index - is an add-in for Microsoft Project that generates an index between 1 to 100. A score of 100 indicate that it is a recommended project schedule. The project schedule is weighed based on PMI's "The Practice Standard of Scheduling". Based on the company business rules the conformance index is created. There are so many scheduling rules that should be applied to a project schedule and this tool points out the weaknesses and how to correct them.
  • Project Server Conformance Index for the Server - The same functionality as the Project Professional add-in, but runs on the server to review all your project schedules.
  • COMING SOON! Project 2016 Macro for the forgotten 2007 functions - The PERT entry sheet and other tools may be missing in the Project Professional 2010 version. This add-in brings them back!
